2. Products and Services

SummitLine Lighting specializes in advanced LED lighting solutions. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada and select international locations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays due to customs or carriers are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our permanent outdoor LED lighting systems are covered by SummitLine Lighting's Lifetime Limited Warranty: a limited lifetime warranty on eligible LED modules for the original homeowner, a ten-year warranty on system components (controllers, power supplies, wiring, connectors, extension cables and aluminum mounting tracks), and a minimum one-year installation and labour warranty through authorized dealers. Coverage is subject to registration, transfer and exclusion terms — see our Lifetime Limited Warranty page for the complete policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

7. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt our website or servers.
• Use our site for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
